On Friday, February 23, NGA filed comments with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, on behalf of the Massachusetts' Municipal Gas System Operators, in regards to Mass DEP's proposed amendments to 310 CMR 7.71: Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and and 310 CMR 7.75 Clean Energy Standard.
