SPOTLIGHT TOPIC:

Esri has been supporting the geospatial needs of the natural gas industry for over 30 years. For most NGA members you know us as the company that provides the software that makes maps of your pipe systems. What you may not know is that Esri is also a provider of field mobility applications for natural gas industry tasks such as map viewing, leak survey, compliance inspections, and gas relight. This includes the ability to support the mobile as-built documentation requirements of Tracking and Traceability.

During this session, we will discuss:

• Accurately capturing the location of newly constructed pipe assets
• Automating the field as-built documentation process with barcodes and smart forms
• Elimination of the data duplication common in today's paper based as-built processes
• Realtime checking of operator qualifications in the field
• Realtime visibility into a construction projects status
