2020 Customer Experience Conference


NGA's Customer Experience Conference brings together sales and marketing professionals from the natural gas industry to discuss key trends and best practices in the industry.

This year's Conference was originally scheduled for May 2020 but has been delayed until November 2020, in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

Look for further updates on the fall 2020 program in the coming months.

Meanwhile NGA did hold a timely webinar on the original conference date of May 6, 2020. The webinar addressed such key issues as the national and regional energy policy outlook, the role of natural gas in helping the U.S. meet its energy and environmental goals, and the work of gas utilities in the Northeast to reduce carbon content.
