Plastic Pipe Joining Qualification

  

The NGA Pipe Joining Qualification Program provides a regional cost-effective approach for meeting the requirements of the U.S. DOT’s plastic pipe regulations. These regulations require pipeline operators to qualify company and contractor personnel in the handling, preparation, and joining of plastic pipe.

Approximately 1,700 individuals are expected to be qualified through the NGA program in 2012.
