In this dynamic environment, utility leaders must understand critical supply chain and technology challenges and the opportunities to pursue change. The morning’s conversations will provide insight on how utility leaders can take advantage of new technology opportunities and understand and navigate the ever-changing supply chain.
The morning’s discussion will feature industry leaders from the utility, supplier, and manufacturer sectors discussing the pressing supply chain issues facing the natural gas industry. The first panel discussion, Managing Today’s Complex Supply Chain, will cover resource planning, forecasting, opportunities for standardizing to improve throughput, product approvals, QA/QC, and the need to hardening utility supply chains for Emergency Response.
